These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NamazNow mobile application ("App"), operated by NamazNow ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

NamazNow is a prayer companion app designed to help Muslims track prayers, receive notifications, and access Islamic guidance. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@namaznow.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

NamazNow offers optional Pro subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or the respective store's refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including design, code, text, icons, and branding — is owned by NamazNow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Quran chat feature is powered by AI and is intended for informational purposes only. Responses are not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarly guidance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Prayer times are calculated using standard methods and may vary from local mosque announcements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NamazNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and requesting account deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
